I enjoy these posters so much, but the picture is probably too small to read. They are called demotivators. I think they are sold somewhere called despair.com or something like that. Here's what it says:

"genius is one percent inspiration and 99 percent perspiration, which is why engineers sometimes smell really bad."

these are so funy. there are some great ones out there. maybe i will post more for all ya'lls enjoyment in the future.

Here is the tank under construction while plants where still not entirely planted in the soil, but is also a good shot of some of my other fish. You can see a buenos aire tetra, my gold sunset gourami, some celebes rainbow fish, and even a pair of bala sharks. The tank has malaysian driftwood with attatched java moss/ferns. The foreground includes baby tearns and micro amazon swords. There is also corcscrew grass in the midground and some more assorted ferns. The back drop is quite simple, including nothing but amazon swords and mondo grass (which isn't aquatic and will probably die off. but it looks good for now). Looks great to me, but i don't have a completed picture of the tank yet.
Here's the newest additions to my fish tank. The one on the bottom is an algae eater commonly known as a pleco. He's almost 2 times the size he was when i bought him at the petstore. The 2 fish above him are called blue paradise gourami's. They get really colorful as they mature. These ones are just babies. You can also see some live plants that are called baby tears. They will hopefully cover the entire forground of the tank floor soon and look really nice. They are inside a 29 gallon aquarium, but hopefully when i get done with school here and finish my student teaching i will be able to get a larger tank.
i almost forgot. the parts of teaching that i'd like to place my emphasis into.

i'm not sure exactly what to categorize them under tho.
here they are: animation, web, drafting, 3danimation,flash, and other similar multimedia
pre engineering looks promising too.

a li'l 'bout me

I'm from Austin, Texas. I started school here back in summer of 2002. I only recently decided on a major to declare. I am truely interested and hope to be able to push for the best. I've tought primary children for church from time to time and I just love the way they see the world. It seems like i learn something from them every time I go to teach them a lesson. You can truely feel how these kids become attatched to you and therein lies the trust.

I really enjoy reading books. However, I'm not a fast reader.
Harry Potter is on the top of my book list. I can't wait for the last book.

There are 5 people in my family, including me. My parents, 1 sister, and 1 brother. All of which have/are attending BYU except my brother who's at BYU Idaho working.

I love animals. Fish have become my speciality. I'm even learning to create aquariums that incorporate live plants with fish. A challenge to try something new, but i enjoy that.

My favorite pet that I've had was a fish. That sounds wierd, but he was a Pacu fish. If you aren't familiar with this species, they get extremely large and are closely related to pirahnas. He had great personality, loved veggies, and was always excited to see people enter the room. Sadly he died earlier this year after a good 2+ yrs.

I'll post some more 'bout me later.
trying to figure out how to rss this (if possible) to thunderbird so i can see any posts live.
It's my 1st blog. Yay.
